The blood of Jesus is so special because it pumps eternal-life in the approaching Kingdom of God to whosoever believes in Him.
Regular blood gives temporary life to humans and animals. For without blood flowing through our bodies, there can be no life in us.
In the Old Testament days, when blood was extracted from animals as a sacrifice offering presented on the Day of Atonement to God, then He was appeased and forgave His people's sinful disobedeience.
Indeed, without the shedding of blood there is no remission or forgiveness of sin. For the wages of sin is death. But the gift of God is eternal life (Hebrews 9:22; Romans 6:23).
So the blood of Jesus Christ is special in that it was shed as a sacrifice offering, instead of lamb's blood, to appease God the Father, that He may forgive our sins and to replace death due to sin with the gift of eternal life due to mercy and forgiveness.
You see, mankind was condemned to die due to Adam and Eve's disobedience to God that caused discord and a spiritual war between God and man, and provoked His wrath.
So Christ was born into the world as the Second Adam, the prophesied Word of God made flesh, the Mediator or peacemaker between God and man. It is only through His bloodshed that we are reconciled and at peace with God.
Never forget that Jesus Christ is the prophesied Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6).
Instead of sacrificial animals, He is the blood sacrifice of appeasement. Whereby Almighty God the Father is pleased and His wrath is calmed by the offering of blood from His only begotten Son.
Jesus brought God and man to a peaceful meeting place - the only means whereby people can come to God. We can also reconcile with friends or family members through worshiping Christ.
By His bloodshed and stripes we are healed. When the Romans under Pontius Pilate scourged Him with their leather tongs and nailed His hands and feet to the cross, thereby shedding much blood, Christ did that especially for you and for whosoever believes in Him.
According to the Scriptures, the blood shed by Christ serves to justify His believers, cleanses our sins daily, redeems and saves us from the wages of sin with the gift of eternal life for His believers.
